Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Cut two stars
Trace a six-pointed star onto the back of each sheet and cut them out.

Sheet of green holographic paper ready to cut Step 2: Score the lines
On each star, score a line from every point to the center, and from every inner corner to the center.
Step 3: Fold the ridges
Fold the point lines as mountain folds and the inner-corner lines as valley folds. Each star rises into a 3D shape.
Step 4: Join the halves
Put tape along the edges of one star and press the second star onto it, back to back.
Step 5: Hang
Thread a loop through the tip of one point or glue it between the halves before joining.
